Has anyone tried the vinyl/leather repair kits that come with a selection of coloured repair pastes and some grained paper (and sometimes a heating tool)?
Are they any good? I'm guessing bigger holes would need to be bridged underneath with a spare piece of vinyl before applying the colour repair? Any advice? Recommendations?
Thanks all
Vinyl/leather repair kits - any good?
Re: Vinyl/leather repair kits - any good?
I have used one repair a tear in the arm-rest on my RR. it's not perfect but I bought a grey kit as I have grey leather and subsequently used my colour matched leather restorer from woollies to get it very close. It looks like a crease now, I suspect after use it will blend in quite nicely.
