Hi there everyone I was hoping somebody could help me with the correct part number for a speedo cable for my 1985 FX4R ex London taxi with the landrover 2286cc diesel engine.
Pretty sure it's a landrover sourced cable.
The original cable is 63 inches in length and specification is as per the pictures.
So far I have been sent 2 new cables by the specialists neither of which fitted - JHM 1763 or 1768? in which the collar was too small for the speedo. And another which had the wrong drive size for the gearbox.
I have attached some pictures showing the original cable with correct sizes
Would be really grateful if somebody could help with the correct cable listing/part number.

Have you tried asking someone like Speedy Cables to make one up using the original as a pattern?
