Monster truck(ish)

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Monster truck(ish)

#1 Post by TerryG »

2 years old but nobody has ever accused me of being up to date

I have seen some of Colin Furze's other creations and they are pretty cool but this takes the cake.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

Furze, the chuffing great nutjob (but in a good way) wrote:It can go pretty fast, but it’s very scary as you’re driving five feet off the ground and it’s really top heavy and rather unstable.
Yeah, but at least truck drivers will be able to see it alongside their cab at the lights.

Didn't much appreciate the picture of that chinless wonder at the top of the page though, not when I just ate a hearty breakfast. ;)
