JPB's black cat

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

I'm confused but here is a direct link to the pic rather than scrolling through an ad-filled forum:

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

It's because of his signature line at the bottom of every post

A black cat crossing your path signifies that the animal is going somewhere.

So now we have seen the cat and we know it's going somewhere :D

I hadn't the slightest idea what was happening, at least not before I read the above!

I had assumed that the o/p was talking about Jack Brabham but his middle name was Arthur, which was where my confusion came in.

I thought John had a dog. One that wears a colander for a hat...

 I wish he were my doggy but Elvis the Boxador is a well known celebrity dog from down there in that Newcastle place, a place where armoured headgear is compulsory for most domestic pets.
