Wee bit of advice needed

Hi All
My friend has a 1939 Ford V8 Sedan, (RHD) - believed to be the only one imported RHD in the Uk, it was imported at the start of the war as there was not a lot being built in the Uk at that time.
It's current condition is complete, it requires quite a lot of restoration, the only part known to be needed is nearside front headlamp glass, other than that, everything is there. (even the clock on the dash still works

Has done 22000 miles from new, been dry stored since the sixties
The time has come to probably pass this on to someone who could bring it back to its former glory
The question is, where would be the best place to advertise this and any idea of a value range
