kitt

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

There are people who still supply all the parts for a KITT replica including all the interior lights and stuff.
Alternatively goto maplin and buy a DIY kit for...errr KITT

Jaycar (like Malpin) used to sell a KITT kit in the 90's. We used to call them "Oh-Wadda-W**ker" lights.

I'm sure you could find one if you wanted.... :ugeek:

Gawd! I remember doing my industrial training back in the 80's. The electrical designer decided to keep me quite one afternoon by giving me some logic systems to work out for control systems. After doing them in less time than he thought it would take, I did one for Knight rider lights.
He was mildly amused at my request to "turn it into transistors and stuff now will you".

Shortly after I returned to college, but kept in touch with one of the guys there. After about 6 months he told me that the electrical designer says if ever I am passing, could I pop in and pick up my Knight rider lights!

Sadly I never went back there.
