breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Rich, you know how sometimes, you want to scare the living bejayzus out of a child, here's a toy rabbit with real human teeth:

D'you know, that van does actually look like a very pleasantly appointed mobile leisure facility. What's that other thing that people use vans with red dralon upholstery for, I forget?
Oh yes, I remember, thanks to the vendor for reminding us:

Gosh, is that what they're calling it these days? :|

Meanwhile, Rich, it appears that Wightbay is a rich source of stuff that nobody realised they'd need, I found this:

Other gems on there include special gloves for the tourists, which only have space for four fingers and one thumb per hand.

I like it too, but wouldn't admit to that in a public forum.. D'oh!

Thing is, by the time I'd had the necessary course of inoculations and found the £4,000 in dubloons that they charge for the boat ride, it would be a very, very pricey van and, with the best will in the world, fine thing though it is, the 3 litre Diesel in these doesn't half like a drink. In fact, if that engine were human, it would be one of these:

Only someone French would post that...............

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
