 Ssshhhhh now!

The owner of that late Robin is a member here, he hasn't posted for a while and possibly he'll be too ashamed to do so again.
No names, no pack drill. Data protection and all that.

 Yes, large gonads are indeed needed to drive that without a bag on one's head! It's actually a very good example under the ironic layer of tacky stuff.

John, I have found an engine for your mog conversion project. it's got enough torque you don't need to worry about fitting an automatic, just crash it in to top gear and off you go.

no arguments about it not fitting as I have seen a meteor powered SD1 and a mog's engine bay is huge. ;)

Surely far more sophisticated to go with 1 Deltic Diesel Electric unit, then it would be classed as a Hybrid :?: ;)

DSG-36 eh? Just as well since the power band of that thing is probably somewhere between 300 and 307rpm.
If it would mate with the DSG-7, I could fancy that in place of my daily Glof's somewhat shorter, multivalve common rail dual fuel motor. Would that leviathan run on LNG or is unprocessed animal oil more its flavour?
"Jeeves, hoy another sick child in the fuel tank would you, there's a good chap."

I can see it in a Minor too, but maybe I'd need an ex-Reliant Rialto 2.7:1 diff in place of the ex-(Midget?) 3.23 one that's already in its back axle, else it may end up with a top speed of 4 mph. The Mog's torsion bars might need to go up a spline or two as well, just in case that thing's heavier than its original 948cc A series. :|

Now we're talking! But maybe I'd need to find a Jaguar 420G as even the one Deltic would possibly be a bit too tight across a Minor's engine bay?
