Some brake pipe and caliper fittings were as I recall- the haynes books used to have a guide on how to tell metric bits from imperial bits.
1968 Triumph Vitesse Mk1 2 litre convertible, Junior Miss rusty has a 1989 998cc Mk2 Metro, Mrs Rusty has a modern common rail diesel thing.

If it is like the Allegro I used to drive then it will all be UNF thread with AF spanner sizes. If there are vestiges from the Minor on the suspension/body then you may even find some Whitworth headed BSF thread fixings.

Dual circuit cars , so post 1977 Marinas and all Itals have Metric at the PDWA unions, unf at the rest, this anomaly is fairly common among cars that started life with all-imperial fittings on single-circuit systems, but went over to dual circuit later in their production period.

In the 70's many BL vehicles had quite a combination of imperial and metric fittings. My '73 Landrover has a typically 30/70 split of metric / imperial, and some of the components use both as well
Landrovers and Welding go together like Bread and Butter. And in the wet they are about as structurally sound

Seriously: it's be like Triumphs of the same era: mostly imperial UNF, but with metric brake fittings.
