Wow! That's properly bent eh? Be good to know what caused it, but shouldn't be hard to work out what it was!

That looks pretty sludgy too, if it was mine I would remove all the push rods and clean as much crud out of that as I could.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
