Toledo Man wrote:Another thumbs-up for FJ. £272 for all 4 of my Triumphs with unlimited mileage and the breakdown cover. It would cost me about 4 times that to insure ONE Eurobox if the quotes I've had recently to insure a Citroen AX and an Audi 80 are anything to go by.
Peter James do all of my cars for £170, fully comp, unlimited miles, international breakdown etc. That's a Triumph Vitesse, a Herald, an Acclaim, an Austin Cambridge and a Saab 900 Turbo. Obviously not all of them are on the road but they're all insured for road use. The premium may even come down if i changed a few to off road cover, but at this price i can't be bothered! This is no magazine mates rates either, it's a genuine quote. They also sorted out the insurance for my wifes new car too - see the next issue of PC Staff Car Sagas for more on that...

Maybe give them a try next time Toledo Man, will be interesting to see what they quote you (some people i've recommended them to found them to be more expensive than FJ so i guess it's where you live, any claims you may have had etc) Pays to shop around though.

Cheers, Neil
