12 months storage at £100 per week would cover that. It's a shame that something so exclusive has been left to rot away showing either the owner has too much or not enough money depending on your viewpoint.

offer him £1500... i tried to buy one years ago that was abandoned in a farmyard.. the old boy said it was going for scrap if the owner didnt move it.. i think i offered £4000 at the time but was refused.. im sure it ended up in the scrappy

Not "that long" ago ,you could pick these up sub 1500 quid.. 
Same with Metro 6r4 's ( albeit without the engine.. )
