I'm just fine mate, there's no shame in worshipping at the altar that is an old Datsun with a heavy oil engine. :| ;)
Who knows, the O/P may yet be seduced by the style - and the smell of the seat covering material - of just such a car. After all, we know that the K10 Micra is the best automobile ever built. OK; second best then, but Diesel Morris Oxfords are pretty thin on the ground these days. :(
