2 powered rear axles and a rear mounted engine with a few hundred horses over standard would be good fun.
Minor Mania (I wouldn't take my car there btw) have a twin rear axled mog that I have always fancied a go in.

Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
