Cheers Tractorman, found one that will do on the bay of E. Now to see how long the posty takes to get it here given the time of year.

Existing relay has given up the ghost so I've jumpered it just to get back to the test center so it can have its re test on the washers. Then it will have to sit til the new one arrives as I don't want to be driving it with a bodge

Tried re inventing it this afternoon with a normal relay which worked fine but given it is powered from the ignition coil by pulse so it only works when the engine is running for safety reasons it switches a ordinary relay on / off very rapidly which I suspect would fry the relay contacts on an ordinary relay quite quickly, but at least I know everything works as it should apart from the relay.

I was amazed that the LPG parts I ordered yesterday arrived via first class post today. Yodel on the other hand have taken almost 3 weeks to deliver some welding gauntlets.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

I gather Yodel got overloaded after Black Friday and were refusing to collect over last weekend so they could clear the backlog. I ordered some stuff from Homebase during the weekend and Yodel delivered it this afternoon - though the main part of the order (a door) won't be delivered until after New Year. Annoyingly, I wasn't expecting the other bits and was fast asleep when the bell rang and woke the dog, who woke me!

Super duper fast delivery of the Relay by the Royal Mail, all is good :)

Now just waiting for the electric fan temperature switch which hasn't arrived as quickly  but that won't keep me off the road now it has its nice new MOT ticket :)

Cheers chaps, I will try to get a thread going in the Members Cars section (Rich gave me the excuse :P ) when I remember to charge the Camera for piccies.
