You could always buy the magazine, Rich. Perhaps Madame Rich would buy you a subscription for Christmas. ;)

thanks for your input chaps but i had to give up on luxuries to pay for mr hollondes foolishness & maybe have something over to buy food.. :(

id like to come back but i couldnt cope with swapping a place in the country for a 1 bed semi in the middle of town :D

Rich, I swapped a flat in London for a detached house in the middle of the country a few years ago. A friend just bought a 4 bed farm house and 12 acres for £430k fairly close by but a 3 bed detached in the village is about £200k. I know there is demand for builders locally as I have tried 3 recommended ones and none are available until next summer to do my garage.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

trying to talk wifey round is not easy.. nearly sold this place early this year but nothing came of it.. canada still looks tempting :D

Canada may look tempting i came back in 2013 after 7 years over there and I don't miss it and id never go back.
cost of living is stupid school system is crap and the health system is inadequate....... but if u can deal with that good luck to u :)
