Car mascot
I have a 'silver' car mascot in the shape of a bee/wasp - it does not have a pointy tail. Can anyone tell me help identify it and suggest a good place to sell it. Many thanks

Re: Car mascot
Many of these Hood mascots were personal to the owner and don't always represent the car make they are fitted to,But if it was from a car then someone here will no doubt tell you what it is.

Re: Car mascot
I was a bit confused by the quote in the advert mentioned above (and I now see the same quote appears to be in all of their adverts) where it says the following . . . . .jimmyybob wrote:This is all i could find so far.

Is that really true . . .Manufactured by craftsmen in England, these are the same hood ornaments that adorn the vehicles of the British Royal family!
Perhaps they mean they come from the same manufacturer - but they cannot be "the same" as used on Royal vehicles.
Just looked again at that advert - at $395, I don't think I'll bother buying one . . .
Mike
Edit - on another page they list over 300 Hood Ornaments !!

This is the image from Olliesgirl of the mascot in question
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
