Actually,if every resto etc went smoothly I would think 'Smug bastards!'.

I like it when the magazine shows it's 'human' side, doesn't make me feel so inadequate
Have you forgotten that once we were brought here we were robbed of our names, robbed of our language,we lost our religion, our culture, our God? And many of us by the way we act,we even lost our minds.

Well - and I thought I was grumpy until I started reading morrismans comments - he takes it to whole new level (except that is - when I walk into a store in October and find that they are playing Christmas Carols)

They start late up your way, you get it in July in London! (humbug!)

Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

One of the nice things about the mag at the moment is DH's Interceptor saga. It's so obvious that he's done what all of us do from time to time and bought them "by accident". Then thought, oooh, f**k upon getting them home and realising what he's done. Very entertaining and very "real world" ... I love it.

Apologies to Danny if this isn't how it was ...

I am afraid that is exactly how it is... but at least the good shell looks almost like a complete car from a distance if I squint. Truth is - the most important thing at the moment is trying to make sure my wife doesn't read my sagas.

Every body seems to be chucking their hats into the ring for this job so here goes mine. I could be the Victor Meldrew of the Magazine . I'm old enough and miserable enough to do it . I can find fault with a saint if I try hard enough, although reading some of the comments on this forum there are a lot of people way ahead of me. If you employ Amy make sure she leaves her torque wrench home in case you upset her as the proper use for a torque wrench is for screwing nuts up tight. I'll leave the rest to your imagination!

Moi? I'm a mere pussycat. But thank you for the timely reminder of what I should be using my torque wrenches for ;)
