I still love the car - and the cat (I have a feeling he saw the advert and decided to "be more dog"). It must have taken ages to find a car that had seats that coordinated so well with him!

Nowt wrong with that, the current owner of my Pimento Red one decided to (brush) paint it in Java Green instead. That, and he drilled the roof to fit a roof rack when anyone with any sense would simply have removed the plugs from the built-in fittings and used these instead.
And I roller painted my Maple one as its paint was looking a bit scruffy after it was rolled on the filler cap side. The job went really well except that I only realised once the paint was dry that the factors had supplied Russet instead of Maple. It's close in the same way that Magnolia is close to Sunflower!

There is a tale around these parts, true or not I don't know, you know how these things can get twisted with time, about some local lads catching Rabbits, painting them green, possibly fluorescent type green, and releasing them in the village of Reay near the power station :o

Hope you are doing well Pilkie, the cars looking sweet :D

When I was at college (doing electronics), we went to Sellafield for a "tour". They kindly provided lunch - chicken drumsticks for everyone. Some of the younger students then believed the story about there being three-legged chickens near nuclear plants!

As arceye says, I hope all is going well - we can see the car is good "occupational therapy"!

Yeah, but nobody would twoc a car that has its own pussy cat to guard it. You reckon Inuit/Rottweiller 1Xs are hard? Even they cower in the presence of an angry moggie.
