i watched the cartoon cars with lightning mcqueen etc, was his manager voiced by someone who sounds like jeremy clarkson? or am i just going mad...

After having had to watch this many MANY times, yes Harv, the manager is voiced by on J Clarkson on the UK issued film and DVD, he doesn't do the US version.
