here is a house that belongs to my wifes uncle. ive stayed there many times & unfortunately i havent won the lottery to buy it.. its a beautiful place in an ideal setting.. so for anyone who wants to move abroad its really Worth a look.. not far from the champagne & chablis régions..

Does the leather reclining chair come with the house? They're dead comfy those. I had one but because I'm a fat sod these days, the frame broke and I de-upholstered it and welded it up with extra reinforcement just in case. Then I discovered that I'm very, very bad at putting repaired easy chairs back together. Anyone have any use for what looks like several acres of green leather?

im sure i could get jacques to leave the chair & any amount of furniture you would like john... he is in his 80s now & looking to buy a small flat closer to his wifes family.. hes a top bloke, spent a lot of his life in africa as an engineer.
