Why Have people stopped indicating???

I've never understod the urgency some drivers seem to have to overtake in a 30 limit, even if I'm doing 25. There's generally a good reason why I'm only doing 25 and it has nothing to do with speed cameras. Maybe I'm just taking life too easy :D ........and relax.......
