any idea where i could get a copy of the type approval or the iva paperwork??

Mr DVLA says:
"The IVA scheme is designed to certify a vehicle’s compliance with National (United Kingdom (UK)) law. There is no obligation on other European countries to accept a vehicle for registration on the basis of this approval and no guarantee that they will accept it." They don't specify how to get a copy of the certificate but a test is £450 so if the frogs will accept it, it is significantly cheaper to have it tested again here than to do it at all there!

Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

thanks!! i took it to work today & drove up the levee by the loire.. sun out enjoyed the drive until 2 miles from home the alternator started playing up & all the dash lights came on...

took it to the auto electrician this morning, alternator has to come back off....
