Car Emblem Identification????

Hello there, I am new to this forum and Practical Classics full-stop.

I have come across an old car mascot/bonnet badge etc.

Just need a little clue as to what car it might be from and what era. I have personally never seen one around.

Have been told it might The badge for The Swallow Sidecar Company?? Which the become Jaguar??

If anyone can help I would be greatful!!!
