Yes by one of the Lawyers that sold they sold the pile of proverbial which was that claim...
Call one of these "Farmer" organisations and they "vet" the claim and anything with a chance they sell on for £3-400. Its then upto the Lawyer to try and earn his wedge, and get us, the public who buys insurance, to indirectly pay for it! It doesn`t help that many insurers haven`t the knowledge/ time /inclination to fight the majority of claims...
