Nope, not just you, looks reasonably sound to me, as far as one can tell in that photo. Unusual, yes, but unsafe? I've worked under far worse....

I'm seeing a bloke balancing a car on his head.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
