Sure they weren't Austin Martins ;) :?:

I've just seen a green Frogeye going past the shop. The hood had been folded in the fashion of a Surrey top.....well it is trying to rain    .

I saw a F-Reg 205 and H-Reg Black Figuaro with yellow headlights in Battle earlier to-day. I thought yellow headlights were illegal nowadays.

Monday Morning about 8:30am - an Aston Martin DB6 that had just come off the roundabout at Heswall - heading down the Chester high road - looked beautiful for the 30 seconds I saw it.

saw a couple of jag english xk120s yesterday & gave them a wave.. was treated with haughty derision, same as usual with old jag drivers.. the guy in the traction however was a delight to see.

 Probably far too busy studying the finer points of their London Underground maps in readiness for a jolly good game of England V France Mornington Crescent over a bottle or three of the house red at their hotel after they'd tired themselves out with all of that arm-achingly butch Jaguaring about the place.

One classic (a very tidy turquoise MK1 mini, so not all bad) all day for me and why? Because I forgot to go to the Metro Centre for tonight's monthly meet is why. Still kicking myself now. Ouch! See, there I go again. :(

Went to the Dean Forest Railway yesterday and 1450 was the "Classic" on duty (Painted black for a forthcoming Titfield Thunderbolt function in Norfolk). En route I spotted a Morris Minor Traveller in Pontypridd and at Parkend (Northern end of the DFR), I saw a Lancia Appia in a garage (They often have classics in there) and also a Hillman Hunter (Could have been a Minx; it was the square style one that was also sold as a Humber Sceptre).
