richard hammond

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Yes, as long as it came with proof that none of them (possible exception of May, who has mechanical sympathy and knows how not to destroy a car) had ever actually driven it.

Saying that, if the car in question were a K10 Micra, it wouldn't put me off because as everyone knows, old Datsuns are impossible to destroy by bad driving or irresponsible (but funny) arsing about.
Apart from the Sunny that Hammond killed by dropping a caravan on it, but we should forgive them that since a caravan was destroyed too.
And the Sunny that Hammond killed by sitting it behind a jet engine, that was a useful public information piece that may well have prevented many people from parking too close to aircraft.
And the ADO71 that May drove in the SD1, Dolomite, Princess group test because.... Just because, OK? :)

The PC job was a rushed one at best and it does not surprise that Oliver needs further TLC.

Just watch out for the V8 Kadet hooning round the track in the next TG series or two. Well at least they will have sorted out the indicators which went absolutely mental (Blast Lab? ).
