The Bungay Appreciation Society

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

The Bungay Appreciation Society

#1 Post by Mrotwoman »

Are there any enthusiasts of the Suffolk town Bungay here ?

If so,there is an exciting new group on facebook,The Bungay Appreciation Society :)

We have covered many interesting Bungay related topics recently including Bungay currency, the letter 'S', the link between special aka and breakfast cereals,we find the mayor of Bungay ,we ask 'was my nan a homosexual ? and much, much more.

If you're from South East Essex look for the 'Dengie boys' on You Tube. Funny if you know the area, useful if you're trying to get the accent.
