It's the "should have been" part that concerns me, and that not one of us cruel badstartscaring, sharing folk on here said anything to you about alternators or registering the car in that France.
Old threads, good, aren't they..
J "Home is where you park it", so the saying goes. That may yet come true..
thanks john, you are such a caring soul who wouldnt dream of taking the p### out of a fellow id have another mr 2 like a shot but a uk model & not a jdm she who must be obeyed can only cut my balls off once cant she??
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.
update on mr 2....
2 years ago i sold it to a french chap, who was very keen on the old bus.. i told him to register he needed to get the main testing centre to pass it & also tested by the utac.. 4 tests at €500 each...
last week an english chap rings me up asking all sorts of questions about it & wanting me to give him a bill of sale for proof of ownership.. its still in my name with dvla although they have been notified its been exported.. now need to dig out any remaining paperwork for the car so i can fill in a form.. the froggies do love paperwork
