The Matra Club had a session on the rolling road of Aldon Automotive earlier this year, and I found them very professional and they treated our elderly vehicles with respect, only revving them just beyond the point where maximum power was obtained.

I'm actually looking to get rid of mine and revert to a standard airbox.......reason being, the car came with them and every summer the thing runs pig rough in traffic on hot days, because on the Vitesse the K&N's are sitting right above the piping hot exhaust manifold in a narrow gap between the arch and carbs. The air gets really hot there and underbonnet temperatures and the effect on air density are something you need to consider if you drive in heavy traffic.
