Ford Anglia 1966 Beige/Grey & White *** STOLEN ***
Hi,
I am hoping you can help - I am desperate. My Ford Anglia has been stolen from a garage in Wokingham, Berkshire. My mechanic is convinced it will be resprayed, its identity changed and it will be resold or shipped overseas. I need to spread the word to as many car enthusiasts, restorers and resprayers as possible in the hope that someone has seen my car - reg OJH 480D, 1966, 105E, beige/grey with white roof, red interior. I would just like to get the car back as it means so much to me. Please help.
Thank you for your time,
Sandra

I wish you all the luck in the world, but I really don't see it being resprayed & shipped... Not when there's such a brisk market in breaking.
…that's why Allegro will look as good 5 years from now as it does today.

Really hope we can get some leads - i recently discovered that someone had tried to steal one of my cars from a lock up - only a sturdy steering wheel lock prevented them from doing so.

Here are some photos
Hopefully they will jog someone's memory. (that's condensation along the side in the last picture)

That is quite a distinctive example of the type, let us hope that someone sees it somewhere, fingers are crossed for you.

Sandra - It may well be a good idea to contact the auction houses that undertake classic car sales - certainly H & H http://www.classic-auctions.com/ - were very helpful when a fellow Jowett club member had his car stolen - they listed the details on their website - it would be worth getting touch with the others - if you need links to the sites just let me know.
Unfortunately your car is also just right the one of the historic racing series - so keep a keen eye out for a new car matching the description of yours surfacing within this type of racing.
