This may sound like stating the obvious but have you tried the breakers for a second hand seat from a low mileage car. If you have never used the facility before: several breakers band together under one on line agency, you state your requirement and then sit back and await replies.
I have bought obscure window glass for a Trooper and a complete gearbox for a Jeep Wrangler this way before with excellent results

Tried that option, civic 3g's are non existent in the world of breakers, unless someone knows for one?

Civics that era are common in Australian scrapyards but usually the seats are bad.

For example http://www.pick-a-part.com.au/ has a silver 86 Civic in stock, but it's a fair distance from me, so I can't verify if the seat trim is worth harvesting.

Have you tried segals in manchester? on blackfriars street. They do all sorts and have quite a pile of older stuff.

Thanks for the information. Do they have a website? or a contact number or email?
