happy christmas

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Merry Christmas everybody in classic car land. May the salt on the roads never corrode your pride and joy.

The dog got as many presents as I did and is now trying to chew a large "Jumbone" (she lacks several teeth!). The fire is ready for lighting (if it hasn't lit from the embers) and I am about to put another coat of Danish Oil on the new kitchen upstand, window surround and sill.

I sincerely hope you all have a better Christmas than we are having and that all your pressys are right for your vehicles (nobody would be daft enough to buy you aftershave or socks would they?!)

Have a good one one and all.

My old car related gift is an age related tax disc.

Bit of a hollow day for us though as sadly I lost my mum at Easter and my wife her mum three months ago. Never mind a sherry or two later on should help
Never play chess with a pigeon. It will knock all the pieces over, S*#t on the board and then strut around pretending it won.
