What are you up to ?
Obviously it is a little early to predict the weather, however, there are plenty of events planned nationally.
Are you off to an event OR just planning to go out for a 'jolly' ?

Me the Mrs and several others are off to an Aston Martin reproduction company open day in Norfolk.
Naturally, a slightly vigorous drive through some lovely country roads to get there will work up an appetite for some brecky !

So come on.... your plans/hopes etc please..

Then up to Shildon Locomotion (Rail museum ) from 10 am till 4pm Car clubs from all over meeting up!

Okay ladies and gentlemen Bygones society have still a listing for shildon locomotion but I
have been told that Hartlepool Marina meet is still on from someone who has connections
to one of the motorcycle clubs who are saying it is still on for all vehicles so both are on?
Hartlepool Marina on the 27th of April 2014on drive it day.

Off to Ireland with a few friends for 4 days around the Wexford area. Going in my "new" Maxi. Only had to change 2 ball joints on the front suspension as the boots had perished to get an MOT. Not bad for a £180 purchase. Hoping to meet up with a local classic car club when we are over there.
Apparently many moons ago my ancestors came from Ireland. Legend has it that we were landed gentry but because we sided with the king during the civil war Oliver Cromwell topped my ancestor and confiscated his land. May be able to find out if there is any truth in that when we are over there, if the sampling of Guiness doesn't interfere with this idea. Will let you know how we get on
