Look at his other items for sale and the completed listings - first time around it went for £1650. The Morris van and the Karrier truck both appear to have sold before and are now relisted as well ??

Yes, kick start. The engine in these is attached to the hub carrier assembly and pivots with it, giving an amazing turning circle for a front wheel drive vehicle as seen in the moving picture below this post.
To kick it over, just lift a leg into the engine bay and away you go. Left footed? No problem (except possibly in the home crowd at Ibrox), turn the steering into the reversing position so that the engine is at the other side of the wheel and then lift the other leg into the engine bay and proceed as above!
 They're actually great fun to drive, especially if you enjoy being laughed at and have no fillings to be shaken out by the absence of rear suspension as we'd know it.
Here's the animation, showing a diehard enthusiast of all things weird and wonderful putting his earlier convertible version of the Bond Minicar through its paces:

I've not looked, but if you were to open the boot I'm betting it would be filled with Dime Bars.
