Anyone know any places that sell just headlight adjusters and spares? Put the headlight bowls back in the Dolomite, and 2 of the plastic adjusters have snapped, and one is missing a rubber bit that holds the ring to the bowl so it flaps around. Now, the rest of the bowls and mounts are all ok, so it seems silly to buy complete new bowls and fittings for the sake of a couple of parts.

Yes, if I want to buy a complete bowl for circa £30, bit excessive just for a couple of plastic screws, but then sods law says you won't be able to get a separate fitting kit

Any chance you could post a pic of some of the fittings you have that are good? odds on they match other cars and lots of us have spares kicking about.

You waited till they were all back in Terry!
Basically long plastic threaded screw with crosshead, and what I assume would be a rubber fitting that goes between the actual bowl and the ring the actual headlight fits in.
Worst case scenario is I by a new bucket, and butcher one of the others for the bits, but if I can buy the bits it would make more sense.
Not too dissimilar to these

If they are not the right ones, Holden are good at tracking down the right bits

I'm not sure, it's different, no spring on mine, as the Dolomite has 5 3/4" units, so it's similar to this

I'd give them a call, they are really good at sourcing parts

So are
Vehicle Wiring Supplies and less expensively. They don't list the adjusters separately but well worth the asking, I had the new ones for my Ice Blue Automite from VWS.
