I had that happen on one of my Rebels. They don't half make trunnions from soft stuff these days.

Rich, try looking at the clip by natural daylight, that way, you stand a chance of seeing that the wheels do in fact rotate as you'd expect them to do. If you're trying to watch indoors by electric light, the frame rate of the clip matches the mains refresh rate closely enough to fool you into thinking that they're not moving. (50Hz vs an average 52fps).

Bet there's someone selling part worn tyres just round the corner!
