how much?

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

I would assume they have missed a "1" from the front of the price. My brother in-law just paid £7600 at auction for an 07 plate crew cab transit tipper. I don't see sat nav and how do you have child locks on a 2 door pickup? No tinted windows or roof bars either.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

I'll have to go and upset my friend who has a van of similar spec and age. He got it cheap (when it was new) and if this one is the right price, he's lost over £10K in two years (possibly more, as he haggled hard when he bought it because someone had put the wrong price on the windscreen!).

Mind you, the agents wanted to change the discs and pads when it went in for its first service and said the van was dangerous! It still has the originals on and took it to an indy garage who said they are still in good condition (more than once!).

It could have been a typo except for the fact that the same price is stated in the patter as in the title. I'd expect child safety locks in there, even if it's a leftover from a crew cab. They're required even in something with only two seats, this has three or seven if your owner is the chief of a clan of travellers.

Some people are like Slinkies - they serve no useful purpose, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them downstairs.
