Tip: need new seals

i need some new door and boot seals for morris marina so look on ebay £43 for each door seal 
so when to go to the scrappy for some bits for my friends car i tuke abit of seal with me and found the seals for a Ford mondeo 08 plate fitted perfectly just need to cut 6inches off the end.
the great thing was the price £3 for four door seals and a boot seal from a rover 216 which was the same as the morris too
so my tip is always try the scrappy first for trim bits as there will be another car brand that use a similar trim
