bmw k1 cylinder head on a A-series engine

i been wondering what to do with the old marina i saved, decided to fit a bmw k1 cylinder onto the a series engine give it the power it rightly should of had.
does anyone know how easy it is to fit on to the engine is straight bolt on job or do you have to make things fit ?
reason i am interested as read this in the last issue of PC

Here's one:
It goes pretty well, holes for the studs had to be redrilled to suit but bore centres were apparently a match and the sound the thing makes is most enjoyable.

It's becoming quite a popular mod, but it's not what you would call easy.

There are kits available to do the job now.
I have a different alternative head which is a bit easier and cheaper to find. Honda CBR600 F3 16 valve F3 head. This is my actual engine in the hands of the original builder:

This is the first engine David Rosenthal converted with the Honda head. It pulled an incredible 120hp at 8,000rpm (flywheel hp) from 1132cc normally aspirated. Shortly after that video was taken a piston cracked. He has since built a 1275 version which pulled 160hp and he later sold the 1132 engine to me. I'm currently waiting for David to send me some flycut forged pistons and an improved cam belt setup.
David has since started selling a kit to build one of these engines.
