I would love to see one of these Volkswagen/Morris hybrids.

Poor mogs, When I (eventually) get mine looking pristine and get the welding done on the Range i'll be after a traveller (probably 2 years time). I gave my last one away when i lost my storage space as it needed a weldathon to get it road legal again.
oh, almost forgot the reason for the post:

Wishful thinking there methinks.
Today I have mostly been seeing:
At a small garage in the village of Wall, in South West Northumberland; A red VW 1303 or 1303S and a Bristol like this one:
Both standing in front of the workshop, the bug in lovely condition, the Bristol looking less lovely but I still would.
In Morpeth; a very green Triumph TR6 with a large, laughing man behind the wheel, large chunks of him in the passenger seat too.
In Rothbury, a pair of Heralds that appear to be permanent fixtures in the off street parking area parallel to the main street.
In Heddon-on-the Wall, near Newcastle; a Ford Cortina MK2 (1600E?) in aubergine metallic.
In Alnwick; a 1966 Volvo 122s in red with patches of white showing through where it's been polished quite a lot over the years.
On the A68 near the border; three VW T2s, all loaves, all camper vans, no wood in sight and none travelling. Vans, that's what I'd call them.
By the side of the Tweed near Kelso; an A35 with a period sun visor across the screen parked up, its occupants sitting on folding chairs beside the car and tucking in to a particularly large pile of what appeared to be Babybelle with chives, served with Walker's crisps (flavour unknown) and Irn Bru, poured from a 2 litre economy pack into plastic cups of the type usually found in vending machines.

Heddon-on-the-Wall? The three houses in a row together on the main road, well the one with the green gate and ugly extensions was the house I grew up in! (Minus the extensions - when we had it it was just a tiny terraced house

)
So if you'd gone past around about 1993 you'd have seen a Hillman Imp out the back

What I have seen so far to-day:
1. VW Beetle (photos below)
2. Red D-Reg Midget (photos below)
3. 1920's Morris Bullnose
4. Pink Nissian Figaro with a normal number plate (photos below), also I hope it is a female's car.

I saw two male "hairdressers" getting out of a pink Z4 in Grenwich earlier.
Back to the classics there was a very tatty manta on the A2 that had broken down, no pic as i was driving at the time and the policeman wouldn't have liked me blocking the other lane to snap it.

I was following an N reg Triumph Dolomite
3 fully tricked out Defenders on German Plates
and mid 70's Ford Capri in Henley in Arden
