I know where your coming from...as to disposal of fluids, it's going back where it came from, I have another mate with a denis fire tender, so waters coming from there, and solutions going to be pumped out into the same tank.
the hole is getting dug at the rear of an old hay shed, that's going to be getting rebuilt as a helicopter hanger, so is getting dug down 2 meters for foundations anyway.
All the building permissions are in place already, so a little extra cirricular activity during the build shouldn't be an issue.

I've got myself enough crystal to make enough solution to dip it once it's all built, a famer friend with a fallow field, a jcb to dig a gert big hole, and a huge visqueen to line the hole with. total cost of dipping, £80
What crystals do you have and how much in weight?? And how big is the hole going to be?

engine, gearbox, loom, ecus and various bits I needed to keep from the V8 doner car, ended up costing me £27. But yup, super expensive here too for the right bits to make it fit if your just spanner wielding. To do it properly, but on a budget, you need an N62 oil pump, and and E63 V8 sump, this gives you a nigh on direct replacement rear sump, but a used one will cost £200 + postage, and I'm yet to see a second hand E63 sump.

unreal, cheapest e34 525ise I ever bought was a 1995, 140,000 miles on the clock, Full service history, no tax or mot, £50.
All it needed for the mot was 2 exhaust brackets, and a tyre.

Bubs at least you're getting bids on it, no matter how hard it is to see it go!
I hope that it's sale gets you where you need to be.
I have popped it in my watch list to keep an eye on what people are bidding on it!
