Post pictures of your pride and joy

Post pictures and stories about your cars both present and past. Also post up "blogs" on your restoration projects - the more pictures the better! Note: blog-type threads often get few replies, but are often read by many members, and provide interest and motivation to other enthusiasts so don't be disappointed if you don't get many replies.

 /\/\/\ How cute is that! What a lovely old motor. I've only ever seen these in pictures and, maybe twice in the past five years, on eBay.

Please tell us more about the oily bits and what it's like to live with. 8-)

Then there's my Alfa 156. Not a classic yet, but one that i think will have in the not too distant future (will be interesting to see how many of these survive another 10 years!).
My dad's just bought one recently and collected it last Saturday, great cars they are!

Don't make me start thinking about another Alfa whatever you do. I've only just come out of mourning for my last proper Spider and am barely over the disappointment of it's replacement improper younger brother.

Not that many. I know one specialist who buys ten or so a week, many running and MOTd, to break them as a matter of course as there is more money in the parts. Only the very cleanest get sold-on whole - that includes GTAs

This is my Marina in Harvest Gold (baby poo brown). Plans afoot to change the 1.8 B series for something more sprightly.

An underrated car I always thought. The 1.8TC, I recall, was quite a nippy motor and even the 1.3 and 1.8 were quite zippy by the standards of the day.

I do like the look of the marinas, they seem to look better with time,if that makes sense? My old boy was interested in one in the seventies, after his P6 Rover died. We , my brother and I talked him out of it and we ended up with a Wolesley 6.
