Oooh dentists.. not my favourite day out.. i had a tooth go rotten underneath the filling.. 3 visits to fix it before my dentist retired..

If that's the original breakdown truck, then this has got to be the original "Woodie." It's a 1928 Rolls Royce Phantom.

Depends on whether it's the original body, a lot of coachbuilt cars were re-bodied in the 40s and 50s to give them a new lease of life.

Here's a question for all you knowledgeable aficionados. There seems to be a number of car companies that embraced the Art Deco style between the two world wars, both American and European. However, I can only find one UK car, and that seems to be either a one off, or perhaps a collaboration with a coach builder. The one that I found is called the MG PA Airline. Anyone know of any others, UK that is.
