The simple answer is this, have the camera in the workshop, and activate it either for certain jobs or when there is several of the team in the workshop, you can get reasonable quality from a £3 made in china special, it just requires a little bit of software and a computer to record the images to.

This is one of my mate's garage whilst stripping a 106 for the scrap man:

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.

Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
