You can probably be a general contractor and have subs working for you. Just do what the Americans do when speaking to someone who doesn't understand English. Speak very loudly and slowly. 
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

We only do that when speaking to the French
