Oklahoma high winds

You can probably be a general contractor and have subs working for you. If the second language is Spanish, you're at an advantage.

still working on wifey... this could take some time....second language is french, but ill have a go at Learning spanish.

Just do what the Americans do when speaking to someone who doesn't understand English. Speak very loudly and slowly. ;)
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

We only do that when speaking to the French ;)

So true! Don't worry, like the French, many Spanish speaking folks actually can understand some English, they just pretend not to when people get on their nerves.
