Hello Chaps,

I did die in the last 113 years, and I do have a strong motoring connection but not so much in the industry as such though my father and later I both had dealerships, I also once worked for a manufacturer.

These were not really my claim to fame though, though that was very much motor related.

Was your motoring connection racing?

Were you famous for driving Jaguar saloons - full of bank robbers - rapidly away from pursuing Polises in their slower Fords?

I did do some Formula 1, though I was more renowned for another motorsport.

There was some 4 wheeled stuff, but two wheels is my real claim to fame
