Would it be worth speaking to British Motor heritage at Gaydon - surely they would know who owned the rights to what and the rules around branding

this is a very interesting one as i am in the same boat as i am using a trademark that hasn't been used since 1961 but i would like to trace the owners could anyone help? http://www.famousjamesmotorcycleclub.webs.com as i can't seem to find the owners
