It's official the world is entirely BONKERS

Is the decimal point in the correct place or is that in rupees?
£44,500 for an old mini?!?!?! that's almost 100x what I sold one for 10 years ago (admittedly it was a "1965" of dubious provenance but still). I could have paid the rent on a "barn" and kept it then listed it on ebay and made a killing!

ive scrapped better minis than that one..

You ain't the only one who has scrapped better cars than that and now I wish I hadden't!
Two ford serrias, a mk2 mondeo, and my first mk1 chrysler neon(and it was in better condition than my current one at the time and didn't know it! )

Are you seriously telling us your mate had a reserve higher than that set as there is no way bidding went any higher

it did have half a tank of petrol & new tyres
